About the Eagle Valet Box
Handmade in New York state, this handsome valet is handcrafted with heirloom-quality American cherry and walnut woods. Single specimens of cherry are used to assure perfect color and matching wood grains, while mitered corners with splines of walnut add strength and durability. An integrated dowel hinge allows for a clean, smooth finish on all sides. The handsome lid features the likeness of a landing eagle, mechanically carved into solid American walnut.
Within the handmade valet, you'll find a felted lined bottom for safe-keeping of personal items such as a wallet, keys, jewelry, watch, or money clip. A single divider of cherry wood helps keep items tidy.
Wood details : Each box is constructed of all-natural hand-polished sustainable hardwoods and provided with a clear oil finish to protect against scratches and moisture. All coloring is natural - stains are not used. The following woods are the primary types used in the creation of this jewelry chest:

- Cherry: Natural cherry wood is native to North America and is a very light color when new. Cherry will naturally darken with age to reveal a reddish-brown tint.
- Walnut: a hardwood native to the Eastern United States featuring dark brown grains that are beautifully enhanced with age.
