Extension Referral Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for the Referral Program

  1. Overview

    This Referral Program (the "Program") is offered by Cultivate USA Inc. ("Company") to its customers ("You" or "Referrer") and their referees ("Referee") to promote the use of the Company's browser extension. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

  2. Referral Rewards

    For each eligible Referral (as defined below), the Referrer and the Referee will each receive a $5 reward (the "Reward") once the Referee makes a qualifying purchase ($25 or more and 30 days or older) using the browser extension and has been a user for at least 30 days. The maximum cumulative amount both the Referrer and the Referee can earn through this Program is $500.

  3. Eligibility

    To be eligible for the Program, the Referrer and the Referee must:

    1. Be a natural person;
    2. Be a new member to the Company's browser extension;
    3. Sign up for the Company's browser extension using the unique referral link provided by the Referrer;
    4. Reside in one of the 50 states within the United States.

  4. Definition of a Referral

    A "Referral" occurs when a new member:

    1. Signs up for the Company's browser extension using the Referrer's unique referral link;
    2. Completes the browser extension installation and registration process;
    3. Makes a purchase using the browser extension;
    4. Remains a user of the browser extension for a minimum of 30 days.

  5. Limitations

    1. The maximum cumulative amount both the Referrer and the Referee can earn through this Program is $500.
    2. The Referrer and the Referee cannot refer themselves, and any attempt to do so will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any earned Rewards.
    3. The Referrer and the Referee must not engage in any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to, creating multiple accounts or using false information to participate in the Program.

  6. Termination and Changes

    The Company reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Changes to the Program, including these Terms and Conditions, will be posted on the Company's website. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

  7. Governing Law

    This Program and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in the Program.
